There's a number of dead-zones that cannot be blinked through, resulting in wasted blinks and increased frustration. Here's a few from just one game:
Maybe I didn't charge it enough with this 2nd example, but there's so many blocking elements around that it's hard to predict whether it would have worked anyway (e.g. the clock tower outside)

Yes, Nurse has a lot of unblinkable areas on that map. To some extend the stairs, and a section in the lower corridors where a bunch of lockers are partly blocking the way. Thats what I remember from ontop of my head, I havent played alot of Nurse in the last month.
