Surv stuck in Hook

Hi,
I just played a match as the Oni and after hooking Kate i left and chased another surv when she got unhooked i returned to the hook and Claudette pointed to the hook where Kate was just unhooked from. I saw that Kate was stuck in the hook i tried to m1 her didnt work demon strike didnt work.
I dont know how this happened because she dc/d short after i took the screenshots so i couldn't ask her.
