Killer Lock with MMR gone

Is the Killer lock going to be removed now? I really hate going against a team with 4 medkits as oni, or facing a 4 man swf with 4k hours each when I try to practice clown without the ability to change my killer. Because MMR is gone, we do not need it anymore,
