Tenacity: 50% ->70% you are no longer stunned after being put into the dying state.
No mither: 50% grunt reduction ->75% grunt reduction (Grunts are reduced while in dying state right? I know iron will doesnt affect dying state, but does no mither affect dying state grunts? if not, it should.)

At least 50% of the perks on both sides are near meme status, with another at least 10% at mediocrity.

No Mither does reduce Grunts of Pain when in the Dying state, or at least it should if the sounds aren't broken again.
