Bug at coal tower

Hello,
So i was on coal tower, and with a teammate, we were stucked at the bottom of a hill, we couldnt move, so the killer killed us without any problem.
I play on PS4.
This game is completely broken. Do something, you are ridiculous.

Had the same exact thing happen to me today cost me a potential two pip match :/. Attached a clip below for reference we didnt get out until the plague downed and hooked us.

Had the same instance in my game, my team beside a meg got stuck on the bottom of the hill, we weren’t able to move getting the killer easy kills
