Queuing with friends

Everytime I try to queue with friends the same thing happens they'll ready up but it won't show up. it will then proceed to kick us out of the game. It wouldn't be that big of a deal but we have to restart the game and hope it doesn't do it again, while waiting 20 minutes for a game. I don't mind the wait but its annoying enough with this ready up glitch. I don't know if this happens on anything else I play play station though.
