Bloodweb stucks

The bloodweb stucks after completing it. To reuse it you need to skip the character and turn back. It doesn't automatically open the next bloodweb level.
All the buttons on the left side can't be clicked. Just the "Back" button but nothing happens.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Characters tested: Cannibal, Wraith
- Frequency of the issue: Everytime after completing a bloodweb level
