[PC] Stuck on Suffocation Pit

On Suffocation Pit, to the left of the shack (when looking towards the mine), a hill spawned and two of us managed to get stuck together at the base of it somehow.
Even when downed we couldn't move. The killer had to pick us up to allow normal movement again.
