cant move/stuck/bug

• Description of the issue: my friend got stuck so i tried to help him . just when i got closer ti him i got stuck too.He tried to heal me but nothing happen.
i suggest to mute the video or just play it in a low volume

Can confirm that this is an ongoing bug.
I'm going to leave a rhetorical Q&A to give more information about this bug.
Q: How does it happen?
A: If you move around the hill, there are spots where the character's feet would sink under the ground. Any maps where there are hill(s) as you can see in the video or image, if you try moving around the edge of the hill, you can get stuck and not able to move. If you try moving with WASD while you are stuck, the character would only turn his/her body but not move his/her legs and feet.
Q: How do you get freed?
A: The killer has to down you, so the character's feet comes off the ground and becomes unstuck. You can crawl and move out of the area while you are in the dying state.
Q: Can this bug occur more than once?
It happens as long as you move to that same spot in which your character's feet gets stuck below the ground. Even if the killer frees you away from the spot, you can be stuck again if you go to the exact same spot or another spot where the character gets stuck.
As a post-game tip, I suggest for you to not read the post-game chat since a lot of players may accuse you of teaming with the killer when you are really stuck because of this bug.

Anyway it is possible to be freed. My friend and I managed to get freed. Although we do not know exactly how to get freed, we just kept moving.
