[BUG REPORT] Collision Issue around Hill hook - MacMillan Estate

There seems to be some sort of collision issue on the corner of one of the hill hooks in MacMillan Estate, possibly other maps too. My friend got stuck while rounding the corner and then my other friend tried to bump him free and also got stuck. Then when I was playing as killer today, I saw two people get stuck in the same spot. Pretty sure both times it was MacMillan Estate, but definitely the last time was.
This screen shot is after I downed them so it looks like Feng is stuck in the ground, but I was able to pick her up after.
