Getting stuck next to large rocks/hills Xbox one

Since Crossplay has activated I have gotten stuck on 4 different rocks on the side of hills on different maps. A PC player got stuck in it too. I have video of 3 different occasions just not sure how to get them from my Xbox to this site. Once you’re stuck you can’t move away from the rock, you can spin in circles but that is it. I had to have the killer down me everytime to get away from the rock. I’m not sure if this is all I have to do but it really needs fixed.
