Stuck in hook on Yamaoka's Estate

Stuck in between a hook and stairs on the Family Residence, Yamaoka Estate.
Find stairs that have a hook spawned parallel with them, then attempt to sabotage it.
It seems to be consistent.
You get stuck in the ground until a survivor is hooked on said hook, and you are hit.
