Archive rewards error

i Finished 3 challenges and was saving them so I could collect the points later. At the end of the last match I finished a challenge and it came up saying I had completed a level and claim my reward, so I clicked it and it failed. and I couldn’t access any part of the archives at all. So I restarted.
I can now access them after restarting the game but it has acted as if I’ve claimed my challenges i was saving without awarding the bloodpoints and it upgraded my rift level without the reward.
how can I fix this?
