Shared offerings

As in title, is there any legitimate reason on why each and every survivor/killer has his own offerings, instead of common/shared one pool respectively for each group of those? I mean, for as long as I've been playing I didn't notice any offering for particular surv/killer that is exclusive to him. Technically same goes for survivor's items and add-ons.

It would be great if I didn't have to push my BPs into looking for toolbox f.e. in bloodweb for Rift quest for particular survivor I've meta perks on, or simply play exact map as killer where I don't have map offerings at.
