Blood points for Survivors getting camped
I believe this would be a good idea to give survivors blood points when they are hooked and the killer go within a proximity of them. It be a small reason to demotivate camping but more of a compensation for when a survivor gets faced camped or trolled.
Example of this could be: Whenever the killers terror radius is within a hooked survivor the hooked survivor receives 100 blood points and can proc every 5 secs.
When there is a camped survivor all your team mates usually make decent amount of blood points but you get left with almost nothing. Only the killer and not the unfortunate camped survivor should be punished with a lack of blood points for camping.

They have a system to penalize the killer already so it wouldn't be hard to siphon their bp to who they're camping. The ranking system already lowers points for chasing for each second you're near a hooked survivor, they clearly see camping as negative skill and bad, so I agree, why not fully decentivise it. Games where i'm dealing with a super toxic survivor i'll typically camp just to spite them, but this would fix that too, why fully camp if itll help them.
I do feel that one way this could be done is to have the killer "lose" bp while near a hooked survivor; if the survivor is unhooked safely they get those bp back, if the survivor is unhooked unsafely (they down the survivor again within 10 seconds of unhook) or if the survivor stays hooked and hits stage two, they'd lose that bp permanently. obviously there'd be ways to game this system too, but nothing worse than what we're already stuck with.

Most killers camp for a reason. No awarding extra bloodpoints to some annoying ass teabagging flashlight clicker that's getting his just desserts

But there are still plenty of killers who camp for no reason. Just give those survivors something for the awful game experience.

Should be if killer is within certain distance from hook not terror radius, if you do terror radius then a killer face camping with insidious would get you 0 points. I've said before give camped survivor BP for % gen repair and distraction, would encourage survivor to not attempt escape/not struggle.

Silly idea. The most effective campers don't have to be even close to you to do it. Hag, Demogorgan, Myers, and a whole lot more actually. It is the less savy campers that you actually see. All your idea would do is give free blood points to you when you haven't earned it.

I would prefer that camping killers lose more bp the longer they stay close to a hooked survivor. They might camp farther away, but it could still give them a chance to be unhooked.

Or, you just accept that camping is a legitimate strategy and you just have to deal with it. :)

Not a strategy. It's a toxic behavior that's killing the game.

I hate to break it to you buddy, but camping has been around since the game started and there has been winging folks like you complaining about it forever and the game ain't died. It gets bigger all the time. What you mean is you aren't good enough to beat it, so it is killing YOU. Lots of people have opined good advice on how to deal with a Killer that baits a hook. Truth be told most Killers either let you get someone off the hook because they want it to happen, or they have setup elaborate traps. I can camp a hook from a long way away. Some Killers can do it from ANYWHERE on the map. The only difference is you don't KNOW they are doing it. So you might as well accept that when someone is on the hook you are always taking your chances trying to get them free. If it were easy, it wouldn't be an objective now would it?

Maybe just do both to super punish them :) hehe.

Would be a nice harmless change.
