Which killer would be the most scary to encounter IRL?
I don't really know to be honest. Wraith would just be creepy, along with shape and nightmare. Huntress to me is not all that scary, same with clown and cannibal. I think the scariest characters for me are Nurse, Doctor, Billy, Trapper and hag. Idk about the other killers.
All based on looks by the way, no abilities or perks.

-Wraith just looks silly running so I'd be laughing to hard to be afraid of him chasing me...
-Billy is just deformed, so I'd feel bad instead of be afraid..
-Trapper is... well not scary, but can still get that adrenaline going if you know what I'm sayin...
-Doctor's giggle and that he looks like he ran away from the dentist mid root canal, not so scary. (Dentists suck and root canals are scary, I get you boo)
-Hag's too short and slow to be scary, if she was fast AF then she'd be scary... she's just a dwarf anorexic Groot though

At first I was inclined to say Spirit, but now I'm thinking either Billy or Bubba.
The prospect of getting mauled by a chainsaw is pretty scary.

Survivor, definitely.
Getting slammed by wood everytime i walk through a passage.
Getting blinded everytime i start doing something.
Getting stabbed in the shoulder every night.
Blowing up my electronics because they failed a Skill Check on purpose.
Looting my stuff.
Taking up a random piece of floor for the Hatch.
Sabotaging my furniture.
Calling me cancer and telling me i should die once the night's over.Horrible, horrible times i tell you.

The actor that played Myers in the first movie was only like 5’10 I believe. I pretty sure he had on some lifts in his boots because he towered over Jamie Lee Curtis who stands 5’10. I do know that Tyler Mane who player Myers a few times is like 6’8 so they may have modeled Myers in the game after him.

The Hillbilly hands down. Most of the killers in our roster started out as normal people with normal lives. They usually went bad as a result of their environment and upbringing. The Hillbilly aka Max Thompson Jr. was stuffed in a walled off room the moment he was born. He is the pure definition of a feral human being. He is intelligent yet its very likely he is not capable of speech because of his isolation. While most killers were normal at one point the Hillbilly never was. He knows one thing and one thing only. Violence on an unimaginable level. His whole world has been violence. He has an unquenchable thrist to kill everything he sees and he is a master of wielding the Chainsaw.
If the Hillbilly was after me in real life i would be paralyzed in fear. There is not a spark of humanity left in him. Just an animistic desire to kill with his brutal saw.

I'd say Leatherface would honestly be the one I'd be the most frightened of. He's one of the biggest killers if not the biggest, he is wearing someone elses face, and he has a big ass chainsaw to swing at you wildly with.

Myers or Amanda, nothing has me sweating more while doing gens than looking over my shoulder to see myers standing there patiently...silently....waiting.
As for Amanda, I've met some pretty scary short women, and if they can sneak and leap out like her....yep,gonna need a new pair of pants at the exit gate please.

I didn’t know the actor that played Myers in the first movie was so short. Jamie Lee Curtis is only about 3 inches shorter than him. He had to be wearing some sort of lifts in his boots. Although I do think there were about 2 different actors that played Myers in the first movie?
Anyways Myers would creep me out the most IRL. Let’s say the killers didn’t have the power of the entity behind them...a lot of people could easily take on The Nurse or Hag. The Huntress is a big #########, she would be scary as well.

That being said, I can understand those killers. I've used chainsaws and animal traps myself. Not specifically bear traps, but I've used wolf/coyote-sized leg traps. Even The Pig is really just a clever person in a very smelly mask.
The killers that would frighten me most are the inexplicable ones. The ones who teleport, disappear, channel electricity, or exist in two places at once. The killers who have abilities I simply cannot explain or understand are the ones that would truly scare me.2 -
Either Hag, Spirit or Nurse for me. Nurse makes it hard to breathe just from being in the area, so the feeling of suffocation form her very presence would up the scare factor by a LOT. So Nurse.

Anything trying to kill me is scary enough. I'm not one to scream and run, but be they animal or person I'm not thrilled by the potential prospect of being a victim.

And huntress has killed WW2 soldier's i'm pretty sure. Most of the killer's would avoid being caught out in a gun fight between police and themselves.

Sorry but freddy be the scariest irl cause you have to deprive self of sleep and noone is gonna believe a nightmare is gonna kill you. Plus if you even mention it kinda signed there death sentence also. The other killers irl could at least prove and no matter there fate you didn't feed them to killer. Plus freddy can just bring all the killers to kill you in nightmare.

Yeah, he was basically average Joe shapped, and seeing this guy lift someone with only one hand added even more to the scare factor.

As you can see, the actor wasn't really tall, and even not really scary to be honest, but he is still the best Myers we can see in the whole serie.
Even worse, it's knowed that he is a really nice guy xD.

The killers in this game stop dead in their tracks from a pallet falling into a rested position... unless the killer is supernatural the same rules apply from that pallet to anything you have available including a fist or weapon.
The only killers that would be a threat are the ones that defy physics, things like the spirit.....possibly nurse (im not sure if she's a ghost or not) and doc, defy physics....things like muscle and skeletal system rules do not apply to them. And with giants like Trapper....even with physics on your side its a bad idea.

For the topic, most killer would likely kill you (except Amanda if she doesn't get you by surprise).
