Instead of nerfing NOED how about buff Detective's Hunch?
It's amazing perk and very underrated imo. you dont even need to serch for totems, just do gens and run straight to nearest totem. so you dont waste much time.
bonus point you also have good chance to find ruin.
I have almost never lost against NOED killers because of this perk. NOED killer only has 3 perks during match and once gens are done. its around 2-3 totems left (you dont have to cleanse 5. which is wasting time actually. just 2-3 left and with this perk its easy enought to find which one is NOED)
but only one thing that bothers me is its short duration (10sec). which isnt enough if you couldnt cleanse much during match (happens if you are being chased/hooked when gen is done)
so, I recommend increase its duration to maybe 15? OR, when final gen is done make it to 30sec? (but leave duration when other gens are done to 10sec so it wont counter other hex much) thats enough for look whole totems around map though.
what do you think?

How about buffing noed. It's currently kinda weak it would be nice to see some strong end game builds.

Well, unfortunately when survivors are near constantly forced to run perks to stop tunnelling, camping and slugging, then there's not really any room for a perk to deal with a niche perk that survivors should be doing stuff to counter anyway.
And sure, after they change it to Exposed immediately shown and 5 Generators Complete only.

They aren't forced though, they just chose to use perks that are actually useful in surviving, not just in obscure "information".
For info perks to be popular survival perks should be nerfed, or info perks also should give survival powers. Giving aura reading isn't very useful unless it's permanent (like ooo).

Detective's Hunch is mostly fine IMHO. What if Open Handed doubled the duration of all aura reads for the person running it? So Open Handed + Detective's Hunch would make each activation last 20 seconds?

I've been using 'Small Game' paired with 'Inner Strength'. The killer almost never gets his NOED. If they do, i find it within a few minutes.

Good suggestion. There's loads more perks in the game that need buffs compared to the ones that need nerfs.

I'm afraid to say this but DH is crazy op with a map
Just equip any map and it will save everything you saw with DH
The second the first gen is done run to center of the map then any direction before DH is over and you will at least save 4 totems
And if you have the Crystal Bead add on, you can destroy all totems before the second gen is done

Detectives hunch already directly counters every single totem perk in the game. Why does it need to be buffed to counter a perk that doesn't even exist until the end of the game?
