Is it right that if you go against a Console Killer,you can see they red stain trough walls?

Depends on graphics settings. On low settings the red stain does sometimes shine through things, but not everything.

Nope, this was fixed around a year ago.

No. I can’t see the red stain through walls.

You can see the red stain through walls regardless of crossplay.
