Slow diagonal movement

Before I start my argument I have a really good pro controller; joy cons with NO DRIFT ISSUES... On Nintendo switch I feel very slow doing diagonal movement (and makes it very hard doing 360's) on my joy cons, and pro controller, this happens on the dock, and handheld, and on PS4 these issue never happen
