When are the perks, that devs said they were working on, going to be fixed?There are so many over performing and under performing perks in this game that need attention!

Perk's never get touched, even when they just need slight number balancing!

    Why do you think they scrapped this killer so hard. Don't you think they are keeping that for the next update after PTB?
