Does Desperate Measures work on self heal?

If it does then you can stack it with Botany Knowledge and Self-Care and you will only have a 3% slower heal if you're the only one injured and even faster if more than you are injured. Seems like good synergy and i hope it works.

    It is a decent synergy but like, why run all 3 of those perks just to be able to heal yourself 3% slower when you could run any perk you want and bring a medkit and heal yourself at 100% speed?

    Or just run inner strength to heal yourself
