Autodidact is a unique perk in that it is either a game winning perk or its completely worthless. My suggestion to change autodidact.
New Autodidact: When healing another survivor without using a medkit successful skill checks add 1 token to autodidact. At 5 tokens autodidact activates. While active autodidact applies the "deep wounds" affect the next time you would be put into the dying state and consumes all tokens.
