would you like to purchase the perks of the survivor/killer instead of purchasing the actual character for half the price of the character if you dislike the character , and if at a later date you want the character you can buy it for half the price ? and no , the shrine of secrets in the shop does not count as you have to wait a very long time to buy the specific perks you want .

    I think it should be optional. Like if you want to use shards, you can buy perks(not just via shrine of secrets) or teach them in the bloodweb.
