Survivor getting Killer 3rd person POV after getting hooked

When I got hooked for the first time, my POV switched to a Killer 3rd person POV. I didn't have a timer on the hook and my teammates couldn't save me.

I was hooked, so I saw my teammates auras, this helped me 'cheat' like OoO // On the bottom left status, it said I was downed, and the timer never went down, though I was hooked the entire time // The killer randomly hit me once while I was on the hook, and it looked as if I was hooked, but took a hit animation and fell down to the ground, still with the downed timer not progressing // After everyone left/died, the game didn't end (I was still on the ground) // When EGC happened with my body on the ground, there was no Entity kill animation // The end game screen said I survived
