The ranked reset happened twice in 2 days?

I got my rank reset twice. I logged on and it showed the reset so i was survivor rank 5 i played a few games, got an error code, relogged and it reset me to 9. played a few games and it wont fix and put me back at 5. its legit bugged same thing happened to a friend of mine as well. https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/183245/rank-reset-bug#latest
