PC - Compendium Collections (Memories) Bugged

Description of the issue: In The Archives, if you go to the Compendium to look at previous Tomes, and then select Collection to see the unlockable memories of that tomb, it will always show the Tome 4 collection page. I'm including screenshots below, note how the Tome changes, but the memories stay the same.
Steps to reproduce (if possible):
Step 1: From the main menu, click The Archives
Step 2: Click Compendium
Step 3: Pick any of the tomes
Step 4: Click on the Collection tab
How often does this occur: Always
By the way, the example report linked when you go to create a new report is broken. It leads to a non-existent thread.
