Treacherous Waters not Outfits?

Not sure this is a "bug" per se, but not sure where else to post about it.
The new Doc and David skins in the rift, from the Treacherous Waters collection, aren't set as Outfits. At least on PS4. Not sure about other platforms. They're very clearly meant to be Outfits, and are such on mobile (Naval Warfare and Wave Runner) but completing the set doesn't add them to the Outfits tab on PS4 and the descriptions for the individual pieces lack the "Available in outfit:" detail other outfits have.
