DC Penalty
I am just gonna say this once. With the DC penalty up with all these bugs, with these dedicated servers, with these boring killers that the last DLCs have brought us, and the 0 fun survivors have these days, you are going to lose a lot of people playing your game devs. You might not care because they already bought the game etc, however the content delivered the last years has been so bad, nerfing survivors to the ground and still making killers op as hell, survivors can not juke anymore (yes i am talking about pyramid head hitting you from 200 meters away behind a wall). The new perks of pinball killer are good as hell and the survivor trash as hell as usual. Why dont you just make all the killers insta killers so they can have all the fun? Oh and why dont you also show them always our location? How am i supposed to have fun when i cant juke a killer anymore and i get hit behind walls or objects because of these stupid powers and dedicated servers? I would like to have fun yes like i used to, but not by dying by bugs and dedicated servers and behind walls and all this BS

I know this is a bait post but there actually needs to be no dc penalty, I don't want to play through a game where i'm getting bullied by a killer or swf group.

That's selfish tbh. It's a team game. If you DC as survivor, you ruin the game for all of your teammates. You also can ruin the game for the killer; I can't tell you how many times I've been on my way to getting an adept achievement only to have a survivor DC just because I was winning.
If you DC as killer I don't think it's quite as bad, but you're still depriving the survivors of pips and points that they deserved. Still, this game 100% needs a DC penalty because DC's are rampant without a penalty and any game with a DC is no longer competitive.

So getting bullied through a match is ok and i'm the selfish one that needs to let the other player get their points even though they're picking on me for the whole match.

Getting bullied in matches sucks, but that's a reason to fix matchmaking (as they're trying to do), not to remove the DC penalty.

I'm sorry but I don't see how matchmaking changes would stop me from being matched to a 4 man bully squad or a tunneling facecamping killer.
And by your logic i'm the selfish one for not wanting to be picked on for 10-30 min.

Well you shouldn't feel bullied if you're matched against competition that's your skill level. You can't really get bullied by a squad you're effectively pressuring. If you got matched with a team that's better than you and they're being really toxic, well, the first DC penalty is only like 5 minutes. It's probably worth taking 5 to cool down anyway if you're frustrated enough to DC. With good matchmaking that should almost never happen, and in the meantime if lots of games are making you rage quit it might be time to take a break for the day anyway.
As survivor, though, I don't have a lot of patience for DCs. If you suck it up and just chill on the hook, your team will get to finish gens and they might get out. If you #########, then your team is screwed and they're probably just going to get facecamped after you. Plus, in my experience as both survivor and killer, survivors usually aren't DCing because they're getting tunneled. They're DCing because:
- They made a bad play and are mad at themselves. This includes rage quitting for missing a DS skillcheck and other similar things.
- They tried to play toxic, got wrecked, and don't want to hang around to give the killer the satisfaction and BPs from hooking / killing them.
- They think they have no chance of surviving, even when some or all of their team members otherwise would have had a good chance to make it out.
- They got slugged and either have absolutely no patience or have decided that slugging is cheating and the killer deserves to be punished for doing it.
Even if you're DCing because the killer is tunnelling you, which I almost never see happen, there's an easy workaround: just ######### on the hook. There's no penalty for that and you keep your BPs. Easy peasy. That's still selfish imo because it does hurt your team even if the killer's playing toxic, like I said, but my point is that it's such an easy thing to do that there's no reason to DC.

I am trying to find enjoyment which i hardy every get anymore in this game. The only way to actually have fun is to SWF. There is also another bug that gets u stuck at the right side of the garage of the map where there is a car in the middle, always a gen and usually a chest, and its so hard to avoid when being chased by the killer since u are literally sticking on the wall to get those tide turns and i always get stuck there. Also dying on the hook isnt it the same thing as dcing? Its literally the same thing just dc is so much faster so i dont get it why we get a penalty

Thats cause probs u are a killer main and u dont wanna accept that killers have been crying for so many years while survivors always suck it in and just found something better to use instead. Just look at the playable perks of survivors and then look at the playable perks of killer and u wanna tell me that i am wrong? Also every killers have insta down ways to 1 shot survivors, what can survivors do about those? nothing! and the only thing survivors can do is loop which the new killers (deathslinger - pyramid head can clearly avoid looping my just shooting through windows or hitting you through walls

If you're not having fun playing the game, then stop playing it and go play something else. Don't ruin everyone else's game by disconnecting.

I play both side thank you also not all killers are like PH I know solo sucks but it still hard as killer sometime too dc mostly hurt killer more then survivors because they can easily by pass it with no penalty why the DC penalty is pointless.

A lot of killers are downright miserable to play against but I'd have to disagree with this next DLC. The perks look quite good for both sides. Imo there's one good perk, one meh perk and then one bad perk for both of them. And the new killer is probably gonna be a lot of fun once they iron out the bugs, and also gonna be hilarious to go against. Can't wait to watch this dumbass pinballing around everywhere, slamming into everything and running at me at Mach speed.
