Why is there a syringe in the blights arm sometimes?

Hi I just installed the PTB and as I was playing the new killer( the blight), I noticed that a syringe would be injected into my arm? Is this a bug or is it just caused by something with his ability? Thanks

He uses a syringe after getting out of his power. It’s his ‚fatigue‘ kind of.
lore-wise, Imke injects himself the pustula serum, which he made himself addicted to, and which grants him power for a short time.

I know this, but sometimes I’ll notice that it is injected into his wrist for some reason
