Did they make changes to the Deathslinger map?

Has this window always been there? And if not did they also change other things on this map?

    I also noticed this window just last week, thought it was always there but I have only noticed after using Windows of Opportunity...

    haven’t seen anything else different though

    Yea that window has been there the whole time. My mind blew when I saw someone use it.
