For which Perk should i use instead of Nurses.

My current Legion Build is Barbecue & Chili, Pop goes the Weasel, A Nurse's Calling and Discordance. And i wanted to swap out Nurses for something else i thought about swapping it for Thana or Blood Echo. Which would be better on Legion with my other Perks?

    I'd go with Thana. Since legion is so good at injuring people.
