Does Demogorgon need a teleporting ability cooldown?

How stronger would be Demogorgon without teleporting cooldown? Would he be the same or overpowered? Or he become balanced?

    Portals take a good amount of seconds to be destroyed, if he had no cool down he could just teleport infinitely between the gates during end game, or 6 portals, one by almost every gen, it would be insanely powerful.

    He gives so much information for everything he does, I don't think it'd hurt to let him teleport more freely.

    He has to set up each portal that can be destroyed and they don't activate till he has set 2 and teleports to them to activate them.

    He also announces when he is teleporting too because this killer is an information overload.

    His cooldown is reasonably short, and I think it’s justified by how easily the power could be used to cheese certain scenarios without it (three gens, exit gates, hook camping). If his cooldown was crippling then it would be worth revisiting, but I don’t feel like 14 seconds is bad at all.

    That's true, but if he's just teleported he'd have to walk over there, if he has no cooldown then he could shut it down pretty quickly, and also like I said, during mid game having portals at every gen and being able to infinitely teleport between them would be oppressive as heck.

    Instead of removing the cooldown, I think allowing Demo to teleport to any set portal on the map from anywhere on the map, regardless of if there's a portal there or not, would be a tremendous buff for him.

    What difference it will make from current state? Demo always have spare teleport to use, because survivors cleanse them as soon as they can. So Demo can just open new portal from where he is.

    Not necessarily. Plenty of games where demo's dont place great portals survivors just don't close them, and make them redudent. Additionally, you have to waste a portal by placing it where, say, no gens could be, to make it back to the side of the map with your portals on to defend it better. With this change you could hook someone in a dead zone, then teleport to the side of the map with all your portals on and have all 6 (up to 8) able to be used to properly defend that side of the map, instead of 5-7 or 4-6.
