1 generator left and wouldn’t show skill checks

Playing against an awful killer on PS4, got down to the last generator and then when completing the generators it would not flash up to give me the chance to make the skill check just gave me the audio alert and then failed it repeatedly leaving me stuck in the game with a terrible killer which gave them a very undeserving win.
