Perk filtering/ordering

Sometimes, I forget what rarity is my perk, or what rarity/tier I have it at. It would be grand if we could get the option to order perks by name, regardless of rarity (currently, it orders it by rarity, and then by alphabetical order). It would also be convenient if we could filter perks. If not a full-on text filtering, it would at least suffice to have some controls so we can filter out by perk rarity, tier, or functionality (e.g. "shows auras", "exposes survivors", "increases luck", etc).
