Constantly getting stuck in rocks

This has occurred on numerous occasions now where I will run around the hill and get stuck on a corner unable to move until I am put into dying state, also I get afk birds from this... This is a game destroying bug where so many times is the game thrown because one or more survivors are trapped in this rock.
Below is a photot of one of these times where in a chase I got stuck on this rock...
