Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.
An oversight with Doctor's Treacherous waters cosmetics

I unlocked the whole set and noticed that it doesn't show up in the outfit category as a set of cosmetics. I'm not sure if it is the same with David's cosmetics since I haven't unlocked them all yet.
But I guess they overlooked that.
