PS4 - Stuck in Rock

During the game right as we got the exit, got stuck in a large rock near the exit. All I did was walk near the rock and got stuck in the corner. This has happened multiple times, but this is the first time the end game wouldn't happen.
Was waiting for the endgame collapse to die, and the animation never triggered. It just didn't end the game and had to disconnect. Images attached below.
