If you 1st hook mori you’re bad.
Killers who first hook mori with an ebony are bad because they can’t 4K a decent team without it. Change my mind.

I see Blendette. Blendette hook. Blendette unhook? Blendette Mori.
Nothing to do with skill, as you can see.

I mean, maybe they could 4k you without it. Maybe they're doing a daily. Maybe they just wanted to mori some survivors. Whether they just mori you off hook or not isn't really indicative of their skill.
53 -
This is like saying “Oh if you use a Key after the killer closes Hatch your bad”
Just because you used a mori however you wanted doesn’t make you bad
42 -
Ok
19 -
If you use a key when you 3 gen yourself youre bad
21 -
It does though. From having 3K hours on the game, most killers bring it because they know they can’t do good in chases or they bring it for someone or a group of survivors they don’t like personally. I understand using NOED if you’re new because you don’t know what the perk does or maybe you just wanna see how you’ll do with it but a lot of rank 1 killers bring it and mori off first hook, this happens a lot in SWF and solo que more towards solo que.

Me play 99 matches normaly. 396 survivors approve.
Me see daily which kill 2 survivors by hand.
Me play 100th match with Red Mori. 4 survivors complain.
Me not able to change 4 survivors' mind. Me bad
33 -
You know that if you first hook mori, that is not going to change your skill at the game right?
You know this...right?? 🤔
Those concepts are simply not related.
People most likely use moris after a losing streak or just to have fun watching the mori animations.
Thinking people is just bad for moring in first hook is detrimental for you bud.
15 -
Did you get mori'd off your 1st hook? It's always a good day when mori'ing a survivor off their 1st hook. Good times, good times.
7 -
Okay, I have found some killers who use it cause the animation looks great, stress relief, to let out anger, etc
Like I mentioned, using a mori does not make you bad.
Its like saying using a meta perk or meta character makes you bad
3 -
Tell me why I’ve seen killers nod their head after downing the survivor(s) from getting unhooked before proceeding to mori them? I honestly doubt that the reason the majority of these killers bring them is for the animation. I understand if you bought the chapter of the killer and you wanna see the animation but if that’s the case what’s the point of using it on a poor baby meg after her first hook? See what I mean. And this isn’t about baby killers that bring it I’m talking about High red rank killers.

The game is full of flaws that make it close to impossible to 4K decent teams on comms, especially for some killers.
So you’re not really antagonising or putting anyone down here. It’s simply smart to mori first hook in a game that makes it far too frustrating to play by the survivor rule book.
7 -
Plenty of times. Not as I typed this though. I don’t go posting a mori rant every time it happens though, It’s just something I wanted to point out.

Moriers gonna Mori. It sucks, but then if you're on PC you can just Task Manager your way to a mori-free future.
4 -
As I said in my comment, some killers bring moris after a losing streak.
This means, that they are probably already tilted because they got disrespectful survivors in previous games...etc etc.
This means, that probably, they just want to make others tilt as they made with them.
I'm not saying this is wrong or right to do, it's just what happens.
But even if they bring moris for this purpose, that doesn't mean they are less skilled at the game.
I hate to use "famous" names to give examples but let's say Otz does this. Or Tru3. They use moris, and before execute people they just move their heads etc. And they mori on first hook. Are they automatically less skilled?
This is the point I'm trying to make here.
3 -
Mori users suck but you can't do anything about it besides genrushing.
1 -
what about not dying? :D

1 -
You're getting downed twice by a "bad" Killer, ok.
8 -
hold up, I play on PC and on XBOX, for Xbox you can dodge a mori by clicking the home button on the controller, (we call it dashboarding) I’ve only been on PC for a couple months. You gotta show me how to task manager to not play against it. Sorry I’m not too tech savvy.

Lol
1 -
Fun fact: You can also hold the home button and turn your console off. I like to call it the "lmao gotta go" strategy.
3 -
You're living up to your user name.
4 -
Ok well if your savior has no bt or are hooked in a dead zone you WILL NOT ESCAPE anyone who plays the game knows there is some situations that can't be avoided.
2 -
Exactly thank you, he’s just trying to be a smart* with s smart remark.

Am I supposed to be offended or what?
1 -
I mean - with your attitude, maybe it's not because they're bad that you get mori'd. It's probably that you deserve to get mori'd. :D
5 -
You're whining about someone playing a game in a way you don't like.
3 -
It’s not whining. A lot of people don’t like moris and it’s a popular subject that’s talked about. But your comment is so irrelevant like it had nothing to do with the OP. If you don’t have anything relevant to say then don’t say it at all.
1 -
How do you deserve to get mori’d? I don’t get it. You make no sense. You do realize killers put on a mori before the match starts not during a match right?

No, if I first hook mori, I'm angry. Usually a team has annoyed me and I am going to dish it out on an innocent team.

Killers that obviously struggle and would have clearly lost without the Mori are bad. Which by the way isn't a bad thing, for some reason some nerds seem to believe being bad at a game or just being a casual is a shameful thing, which is honestly beyond hilarious if you give it any thought.
But there are also good killer players that may use the Mori like that: Mori is no doubt a terrible offering and needs to be looked at, but saying that every killer who mori's first hook is bad isn't quite accurate. It's simply more common for bad killers to do so since they need it to win.
4 -
I do agree first hook mori doesn't always make you a bad killer, but bad killers usually do it more. I'm not a bad killer but im.not the best I think im decent maybe even good and I sometimes first hook mori if im.mad but its usually whenever I have toxic players from.before, keys or if I get rushed because then I need to get more pressure. But I dont make a habit out of easy kills. Id say its the habitual users that are bad

Only an idiot would care what you or anyone thinks about how they play. As long as they follow the rules set by the Devs, not cheat/hack, and are having fun, why should they care? It’s not like you’re paying them to play a certain way.
It’s a video game, unless you’re a streamer who makes a living off of it, it has no bearing on your life other than wasting time.

This post was not made for people to give a damn or care. It was more of a personal opinion. If you’re the type to 1st hook mori and took offense to what I posted that’s on you. Have a nice day.

like say if you use ds and ub your bad that make more then half the survivor I face bad.
3 -
Yeah I think 1st hook off an ebony and using DS and unbreakable is pretty annoying because both have little to no counterplay.

Not even gonna read any this...
..
Just so you know. It's never been 1st Hook Mori Kill. The wording is just stupid.
You get hooked once. Your teammate saves you. You get caught AGAIN. (In between that is either being healed or mistake for getting caught wounded.) Chased...
At this point is where the Killer is NOT AT FAULT for the remaining moment.
It is now your fault for getting downed a SECOND time. Then Killer decides to end you.
It is and has never been 1st hook die.
Asides being face camped. Survivors CAN prevent being Mori killed.
1 -
only like that if they hard camping when they use a mori

OR... we're not trying to 4k to win so much as use the mori to purposely de-rank until we reach less frustrating ranks since matchmaking is currently based on them. I mean, that's what I do. 1-hook-into-mori is devastating to the killers emblems and ranking, especially in the red ranks, so if I find that I'm getting frustrated, or just tired of going up against too many sweaty high rank solo's and SWF teams, I dust off the large pile of Ebony Mori's, 1 shot perks/killers/add-ons, and go Kill away until I drop down to rank 7-ish where the games become less stressful.
Unlike survivors options for de-ranking, Mori's have become a useful tool that helps killers purposely de-rank, and they allow us to do so without having to resort to pathetic measures like DC'ing, or AFK'ing. With such a tool usually piling up in our inventories, and with the devs changing them to punish killers ranking ever since the emblem system went live, why not take advantage of them for this purpose?
To me its a win/win way to de-rank if that's what you're after, because you have short, fun matches, and earn decent bloodpoints while you're at it. It's always funny to get a 3-4k, end up with around 20k+ bp, and still get the "Entity Displeased" message. Sure it's not very nice to the red rank survivors, but at least the matches are short enough that they don't waste too much time in them, so they'll either get over it, or come to these forums to whine about it.
I'm not really trying to change you're mind about them, just offering a different perspective as to why any killer would purposely 1-hook-into-mori a team of survivors knowing that their ranking is going to suffer for it... It just seems to me that this has become the Mori's intended purpose.
2 -
You have no way of knowing they can't 4k a decent team without it. Change my mind.
3 -
If you don't like them, fine, but don't call people bad for playing a game they bought how they want.
3 -
It's the camping that needs dealt with. Not the Mori. The blame is directed in the wrong direction.
0 -
1.) If the teammate saves you within the killers terror radius with no borrowed time you’re pretty much screwed unless your right next to a locker
2.) if the killer has sloppy and thanat, healing won’t be an option if the killer decides to come back, it takes to way long to heal at base so adding those will make it a pain.
3.) Killers that play like a douche with a mori is hard to counter
1 -
Um, don't need to change your mind. I don't care about your opinion, random internet guy. 🤷♂️
5 -
I could say the same thing about you. 🤷♂️ I don’t really care about your opinion.

What's that got to do with being 1st hooked?
It's not the fault of the requirements to be Mori killed.
So again. It is Not 1st Hook Killed.
Survivors 1st hook is HangTime. Leaving time before struggling.
In between that time. Do something instead of unhooking team mate. Gens preferred.
Don't heal after being unhooked and especially UNDER the hook a survivor was just unhooked from. Especially if Thananananananana is in play.
Again when a Facecamping douche is your opponent. Do other things before anything else. That camping killer is stood asting their time. And again. Not using a Mori to do it.
Blaming mori is misdirecting the problem
2 -
absolutely drunk as #########...time to first hook mori survivors....
if I can down anyone in my current state, you are bad at survivor 🤣
1 -
I understand that going up against sweaty SWF’s and Solos can be very stressful and frustrating but there’s honestly no need to bring a mori for survivors that haven’t cause you problems. This is where the cycle of toxicity begins. If you haven’t watched this video by Scott Jund you should watch it he explains things a bit better. But if you don’t, basically a killer who’s toxic to survivors for no reason makes them angry which then makes them become toxic to every killer they run into even if they had no personal problems. If goes both ways but yeah.

i was happy as a clam on the 100th episode of one piece and tequila...but now i gotta turn on dbd to see if i even have moris on my pc killers 🤣☠👀💀🤬
