DC Penalty Alternative
What if..... instead of there being a 'time out', there was a tag added to their player name or a symbol by them indicating that they have DC'd recently. The color would intensify or change as they become habitual offenders (it would be temporary, of course, unless they DC an obscene amount of times). That way, players don't have to stay in the lobby with them or play with that person if they choose not to. While in some ways I agree with the penalty I also believe, that in some cases, it is warranted and should not be punished with a time out... and there will never be a way for the system to tell when it is or isn't. I just think it would really start to discourage DC'ing during a match (without good reason) if it got to the point where people refused to play with you because you're a known repeat offender.
