Getting stuck on terrain unable to move from the spot

This happened twice to me now, first on pc then on ps4 so I was able to record it with psnshare, I also seen another person get stuck what seem to be same spot. That little hill moves around in the maps but the spot seems to be at the base of it. Here is the video of what I am talking about. No idea how common this is, just started playing the game.

There are already several posts on this issue, it occurs at the right-front corner, if facing toward the slope, next to the rocks on hills.
For now the community recommendation is to avoid this corner even as killer as you can get stuck as killer as well.
