Devs, you need to clarify on the Rift...
It was stated that the items from the Rift would eventually be able to be obtained. "If you missed some rewards in The Rift, most of them will eventually be available in our in-game store after a minimum period of 6 months."
However, there's no mention of charms. There's no section in the shop for charms either, does this mean that charms from previous Rifts will never be obtainable, or will a new charms section be introduced?

i think they've said that charms won't be available ever again. They're not very great except for the last charm you get is cool usually.

That seems pretty unfriendly to the player base if you ask me, I thought the whole reasoning behind giving all the past exclusive cosmetics was so that everyone was on the same footing and there wasn't any exclusivity.

Well one of the reasons they gave everyone the exclusives was because people were selling codes for custom cosmetics, besides that, I don't remember other reasons.
People in the event for summer bbq farmed a lot to get the costumes and now they just gave it for free for everyone, it's a slap on their face. I like exclusive cosmetics, it show how much you play the game and you deserve it. I don't think its fair to give limited cosmetics to other people for free, at least they should make you work for it, as a reward.

It's not unfriendly. You simply didn't dedicate the time or money when they were available to acquire something unique and i believe at minimum the charms should stay unique to that specific rift. I didn't get a few pieces of the summer outfits for deathslinger and claudette when those were available because i couldn't so should i get them now?

Sure, but there are some completionists out there that want the whole set, so if they happen to miss one (likely the last one which as you say is the coolest) they probably feel pretty bummed out about having no way to get it.

There are some things I missed from the first rift because I was taking a three month break. It is what it is.

should have played more when they were out. I mean hey i'm bummed i don't have a shot at legacy but i understand why. People put in time for that when it was out.

Really? That's unfortunate. I started playing as the second rift started and never got a chance to try to get the charms.

exclusive cosmetics were dumb anyways,the charms aren't great anyways.
