Idea for NOED change
I personally like NOED, but i see the problem people have with it and I don't like that it can be used to come back when you've been completely useless throughout the match. And since I've continuously seen posts about it, i wanted to chime in on the conversation...
So what if NOED changed like this:
-Apply exposed status effect on each survivor you've hooked throughout the trial when the gates are powered
-For each different survivor hooked receive a token that grants 1% movement speed increase when the totem activates, up to 4 tokens.
-Everything else can remain the same.
I think this not only will never reward a killer that is completely useless throughout the match. It rewards survivors who haven't been hooked by allowing them to make normal plays because they wouldn't be exposed. It also incentivizes the killer to go after all 4 survivors instead of just tunneling 1, because its the only way to get full value out of the perk.
I know there have been several posts about it, but I've never seen a post that tries to keep the spirit of the perk (a boost during endgame) that's worthy of a hex perk that's otherwise completely useless during the match itself. Most posts I've seen just want to nerf the perk into the ground.
So what do you guys think?
PS: Do Bones

No. The perk is fine. Just because people do not wanna do bones isn't a reason to nerf a strong perk. I would say if they did anything it would be it only applies to the people who have been hooked. Anything else is overkill

This is like a worse version of Devour Hope. NOED is fine. It doesn't need to be changed. I understand that it can be frustrating for survivors, but it's their choice to stick around and get wiped by it.

I think NOED is honestly the fine as is currently. It's a risk/reward perk. If they don't do the totems that's on them. The perks been in game since launch and was changed to a hex because it was too strong with a time limit on it.
Basically just do the totems. They give points anyway and if the killer has NOED, well he no longer has it if the totems are done.
