Do the developers intent to fix lagswitching survivors?

With the introduction of a beta serverside-hit-validation, the developers clearly attempt to fix lagswitching killers.

But what is your plan to combat lagswitching survivors?

Survivors can strategically disconnect from the server to do the following things:

  • Teleport on the killer's screen.
  • Deny the killer pickups and hooks by locking them in animation, and continiung to wiggle.
  • Finish actions after they have already been downed, such as generators, unhooks, totems, and more.

All of this has been possible ever since dedicated servers were introduced (some of it was even possible back on Peer-to-peer), but only now people seem to start catching on to it. They would often run No Mither, so if the killers refuses to interact with them, they can just get back up again, and reset all of the killer's momentum. This is all extremely frustrating, as you as the killer, are physically unable to stop them.

So my question to the developers is: Why is this not fixed yet after over 4 years now? You had a chance to improve the gameexperience of killers by updating your netcode with the introduction of dedicated servers over a year ago, but you decided against it.

Why? Simply why? Why is this still a thing?
