disappearing rank progress

Please, do something about disappearing rank progress, it gets kinda annoying when you peep up but after match loose whole progress (two peeps overall) and can't do ######### about it.
I can't prove it with any screenshots nor videos 'cause I'm not screening entire game progress all the time but I can describe situation that happend a minute ago.
Before match I had rank 4 and 1 peep, then started the game. I played as a survivor, during game one person disconnected, but match still was lasting. Then after a while whole match has ended looking like killer disconnected too, afterwards I saw I gained peep, but after leaving match summary whole rank progress disappeared.

I forgot to add it earlier but it can be important - there were two crossplay players.
This isn't the first time it happens to me, actually it's second one within one week, also I met with this problem earlier but thought it was already solved since it didn't occur for a long time period.
