Lost items/load screen

So i had just finished about ten matches as Huntress. Switched over to Wraith for next challenge we got into match but the loading screen was still going five minutes last so i had to shut it down and reload, i didnt get DC penalty but all the items i had loaded inlcuding my 100 BP all gone. its not ok for us to lose items when the game screws up and those should remain in inventory. What i was supposed to wait on the load screen for 2 hours...NO
