PS4 - Stuck carrying nonexistent survivor after grabbing

- Was chasing a survivor
- They vaulted through a window
- I grabbed them. The animation went through but without the survivor model.
- I could hear the survivor (Ace) groaning. I went to a hook and though the R1 prompt to Hook was showing, pressing it did nothing.
- Tried to put the “survivor” down. Nothing.
- Could not use power, break palettes, etc. to get out of the holding survivor status.
- Persisted until match end (survivors escaped).

- Perks played: Ruin, Sloppy Butcher, Iron Grip, NOED
- Map: Autohaven Wreckers
