Blind Base stat killer
Wouldn't it be cool to have a killer that moved at 130% movement speed and could insta down any survivor, but the killer is blind and would have something like echo location and would see in pulses but wouldn't see survivors unless they moved near them.
Crouched 1 meters visibility, Crouched moving 3 meters visibility
Walking 6 meters visibility, Running 16 meters visibility
The killer would have killer instinct on those detected through walls
Survivors would glow if seen by the killer within range

No idea what that is

A game with a blind protagonist that sees in pulses. The more you echo locate the more likely to draw unwanted attention from perilous sources

Just looked it up and yeah something similar to that

So long as the killer has some way of detecting them at reasonably close range, that could be an interesting one. However, 130ms and instadowns is a bit too much. Perhaps it would be better being similar to the Future Predator: similar to Demogorgon in gameplay, with a lunge, but with the vision mechanic that gives them an edge locating people that are too careless even across the map, similar but less powerful than Old Freddy's aura reading.

This killer would have to have a power that lets him force off screams or anything that will let him notice survivors, who are careful.

It would seem cool, but it would require the echolocation to be quick usage (5 seconds or so in between pulses depending on distance and objects within detection range. The issue would be how would the POV look to a blind Killer without just being black or blurred.
