Hill Bug on Water Tower Map

Between about 10:15-10:25 PST maybe, I tried to run around one of the small hills near the water tower on the map with the water towers and the small caved in mine-shaft (I forget the name I'm sorry). For some reason it seemed as though my character (Jake) was sucked down near the ramp to the hill and got stuck (not in the ground but on the edge geometry). I could swivel in place and crouch, but could do little else until the killer came over and knocked me out of it (I was only able to move out of the bug after getting knocked down). It has happened a few times but is not 100% frequent, nevertheless it is still very annoying and un-fun. In the grand scheme of bugs PLEASE at least give this a passing glance.
