Why can't I get past the loading screen?
I have DBD on Nintendo switch. For some reason I can get the loading page that tells me to hit a button to continue when I first open the game but right now it won't even give me the option. I hit the button I'm supposed to hit but nothing happens. Does anyone know why or what I can do to fix it?

This has just happened to me as well. But don't worry I have a solution.
Hold the power button until you see a icon called "Power options". Click that and then click "Restart". After restarting the game should be working as normal.

I am having tons of issues trying to connect to servers. I am on console but I get in a game (maybe) and after I get kicked out of game saying Error. At times I have received a 401 error message. Restart the game completely and it says network error. Is this happening to others?
