Survivor Died on First Hook.

I just had a match as Wraith where, the 2nd survivor I hooked died as if they were already on Hook Stage 3.
I had one survivor (A) hooked in the basement who just had entered Stage 2. After I hooked another survivor (B), who should have been in Stage 1, the entity took them away immediately. Survivor (B) was not given the chance to unhook themselves either. It was very immediate.
The survivor (A) in the basement was shortly unhooked.
This could just be a bug with how disconnect information is shown. But in-game and post-game did not show a disconnection.
